I am gonna track this guy down and dump snow in front of his driveway
So it has been like 6 months since I’ve posted anything but a picture or a tweet to the online world. During those 6 months, I shot a couple deer up north behind the old mans house. I’d call it a successful season for the Fransen’s at the hunting shack(s), it usually is!
My Broomball team, Beaver Roofing, has got a couple tournaments under our belt, the first ones really didn’t go as well as desired, but we are still learning to play with each other since half of the team has been imported from the outside. Its a really good group of guys and we have a good time win or lose. WE lace them up again for the “North American’s” in about 4 weeks, really looking forward to that.
Kelsey, Ella and I had a roughly a 2 week vacation around Christmas and New Years, which was really nice. I get like a month of vacation every year since I’ve been with my company for almost 8 years now, so every year it seems like I spend November and December trying to burn days since they don’t roll over, but this year I just planned to take a nice long break. We didn’t do anything real extreme, but we spent lots of time hangin with Ella and spending some time with family and friends.
We made two trips to the Excel to see the wild play. As far as I am concerned, that is the best show in town!!! Can’t remember who they played when we saw them in November with Liz and Greg, but they played the Devils when we went to see them earlier this month with the Tukey and Tyler. I think they lost both games, but they were still awesome.
Packers D was Brutal in the play-off’s, nuff said!
The most exciting news in the last several months is that Ella will be a big sister this summer. Kelsey and baby have had a couple doctor visits one recently where she got to hear the heart beat… a nice strong beat from what I am told. We are a few weeks away from finding out the sex, which we are going to do, then we may or may not have a name discussion
